So, a fun fact about this project is it's in California, which has a little bit different rules than everywhere else. One great example of this, as you can see in the large plan on the bathroom, is that the center line of the lavatory has to be 18 inches away from the adjacent wall. In most other jurisdictions, it's only 15 inches, which is derived from the ADA requirement to have a 30x48 forward approach underneath the lavatory.
