We had a lot of different existing conditions that we had to take into account, there were drains on site we weren't allowed to touch, there were trees we needed to keep in place, but ultimately what the problem was we needed to be able to develop accessible parking spaces near the accessible units. There was no accessible parking here, they did have the proper amount of parking available but it was down at the clubhouse which was nowhere near these units. So it was pretty difficult for anybody who needed those accessible spaces to get to the units.
