When the client came to us, to design this teaching hospital, it wasn't just the hospital itself but in terms of program, they asked for 250 beds for patients, operating rooms, cafeterias, auditorium, administration offices, so there was a fairly large program along with it. I think in terms of, sort of, the quality, they definitely wanted a long-lasting facility. And with that, we started to think about what the materials had to be.
