The parcel to the north functions as the entry and access points to the parking garage, as well as we'll utilize all of the ramps of the existing building to get to the lower levels for parking. Every single slab of the lower level of this tower aligns with the lower level of the tower to the north. We built the structure to the edge, and we're designing the structure to the edge of this project, as well.
