It's just that it's only going to the file, and the whole point of that is that later on down the road, maybe you're not there, maybe somebody else is looking for the information or maybe you're trying to prove something because there's a mediation or litigation or something, you have this sort of record that's kind of almost like a journal that says all these different important points that happened along the way.
