When helping the owner prepare the owner-contractor agreement, it's necessary to ensure that this agreement, A101, aligns with both B101 and A201 and that all three say the same thing about the project team members' obligations for the duration of construction. Now that we've signed the contract for construction and completed all of the pre-construction activities, and now that the team has everything they need to get started, the contractor is ready to work.
