If you're going to be using some other types of construction systems, well, then the code is gonna be much more limited in terms of what it allows you to do, because as we get farther away from that sort of ability to withstand the fire it's going to want to make sure you're not making too big of building and not making it too far to get to an exit or not having too many vulnerable people in that type of structure.
