So the property lines, here we're gonna to build out, the idea is to build out to the property lines, now the city has asked that we upgrade the sidewalks as part of our development which means that our property line needs to be moved back 15 feet from the actual current curb, so that resets our property and starts to hem in kind of the square footage that we have to build to, so we would have to improve the sidewalks here to 15 feet even though right now it's something like five, so it's not very walkable, and then because of this railroad future trolley development, we have been asked to setback our structure 21 foot six as opposed to the original seven foot dedication, so because in a conversation with the city they're telling us, "Hey, we have this bigger plan in order for your building to kind of pass through and be approved, we're asking for these trade-off's for the development." So, given that we're trying to do a showroom, a car showroom, and a internal ramping parking structure, our footprint kind of gets hemmed in and it starts to really limit how we move vertically through the structure and how much program we can fit. Given that the future development of this railroad and what's up here and south of it, we need to be kind of conscious of what's happening along this eastern facade as it will be something that will be experienced by pedestrians and trolley users in the future.
