So we had a concern, and the geotechnical report came back, and there was a concern in that also about some unsuitable soils, and what that meant was that there was some areas where there was concern that the bearing capacity of the soil was gonna be too weak for the foundation system that we, and our structural engineer, was proposing, which in this drawing you see is just a spread footing. The soils in Georgia are, there's a lot of clay in 'em, and typically they're okay for, you know, four-story building would be okay for that. But with the unsuitable soil report coming back, in a couple of areas we were concerned about having to do some deeper pile foundations, or auger cast, or something like that.
