Hi, my name is Scott Parker. I'm an Associate Principal with Studio 111 Architects. Today, I'm going to talk to you about a project that's a headquarters building. 100,000 square feet for a tech company here in the local area. Had several challenges that we'll talk about. Both from a structural point of view, and also relating to the local context. Thank you.
