So after taking a look at the different site constraints that we had, the trees, the trench drain, all of the different little things that we had to work around and not, you know, just remove, we ended up having to remove a parking space by creating a dry swale here, because the trench drain needed to be maintained in order to maintain drainage on the site. And we had to bring up this level of parking significantly in order to meet required slopes, cross slopes, and running slopes for the parking spaces and the access aisles which created, you know, a need for a curb here so no one would fall into the, you know, hole. And then, you know, we had to get our curb cuts in and all of this.
