So this will come across as almost completely glass, and it's essentially the same building except we've done this major move where we shifted that grid line from the exterior wall in a couple of feet, and so we're now able to sort of have a conversation if we do that, what are the benefits, what are the advantages, what are the costs that are gonna come with that.
