So once all the punch lists were completed and the contractor declared that they were substantially complete the whole team including ownership and LJC and power sat down and determined, first of all, what the dollar value was to be assigned to the remaining items that were outstanding on the punch list. And then from there ownership and LJC did a final review to make sure that the project was indeed substantially complete. Compared our lists and compiled a final substantial completion package which included G704 as the cover letter.
