You know the expectation, you start studying and if you don't pass exam you feel like you've let all these people down but in actuality we all fail an exam or two and no one is going to think differently of you just because you fail an exam and when you pass it feels so good but you really do need that support, especially if you're at a large firm or even at a small firm where you have a lot of responsibilities, you really need someone to lighten up on you so that you can get it done. If you're feeling overwhelmed just take a step back and then also think about what is it you do all day. Maybe you work on construction documents all day, maybe you work on programming, just what is it that you do all day?
